Cardiology Machine Repair Video Conferencing And M R Tender Notice
Description
Procurement comprising annual repair and maintenance of Angiography Machine Cath Lab II with estimated cost of Rs. 12,800,000; Video Conferencing Solution with estimated cost of Rs. 3,500,000; M&R Items with estimated cost of Rs. 29,981,989; and accessories/items for Cath Lab with estimated cost of Rs. 5,000,000. Bid security is 1% of the estimated cost separately for each tender. Bidders must be well reputed firms or contractors registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Professional Tax and listed as Active Taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue. Procurement shall follow Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014 as amended and Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Bids are to be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement System and physical submission is not specified as an alternative. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM. The purchaser reserves the right to reject all bids under PPRA Rule 35.
