Maintenance and repair of Additional Deputy Commissioner Offices, District Chakwal, with estimated cost of Rs. 4.927 million and earnest money of Rs. 0.247 million at 5% of estimated cost. The work has a time limit of 03 months. Tenders are invited from engineering firms and contractors enlisted or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council for the current financial year in the relevant category, specifications and code, and contractors must produce the original PEC license showing the requisite specification and code. Procurement is based on item rates with amounts and total bid cost as required in the BOQ and is conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under applicable PPRA Rules. Bid security of 5% must be submitted electronically through the e-Procurement System and physical financial instruments including CDR are not accepted. Bidders must quote rates against every DNIT/BOQ item and complete rate analysis, summaries and sub-summaries, otherwise incomplete financial bids will be non-responsive. Bids will be publicly opened by the Tender Opening Committee at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. False information may result in disqualification and referral to PEC and PPRA for legal action. The procuring agency may reject all bids under applicable PPRA Rules.
