Maintenance and repair of Office of Special Branch Gujranwala, Central Jail Gujranwala, and Judicial Complex Gujranwala. The estimated cost is Rs. 1,000,000 for the Office of Special Branch, Rs. 4,947,000 for Central Jail and Rs. 4,990,000 for Judicial Complex, with earnest money of Rs. 50,000, Rs. 247,350 and Rs. 249,500 respectively. The works have a time limit of 03 months. Tenders are invited from contractors/firms enlisted or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council for the current financial year in the relevant category, specifications and code, and bidders must produce the original PEC licence. Procurement is through the Punjab e-Procurement System and manual bids are not accepted. Bid security of 5% is to be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System and physical financial instruments are not accepted. Bidders must quote rates against each entry item of DNIT/BOQs and complete rate analysis and summaries, otherwise incomplete financial bids will be non-responsive. Successful bidders must furnish 10% Performance Guarantee within 15 days. Bids will be retrieved and opened at 11:30 AM on September 16, 2026 after bidders appear at the office at 11:00 AM.
