Design Vetting And Construction Supervision Tehsil Complex G Tender Notice
Description
Design vetting and construction supervision of the scheme Construction of Tehsil Complex Building at Gadezai, District Buner, ADP No. 133/260596 for 2026-27. Interested firms are invited to submit separate Technical and Financial Proposals through EPADS in accordance with the Terms of Reference. Firms must possess valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant codes and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Selection shall be made through Quality and Cost-Based Selection method according to the procedure and criteria specified in the RFP documents. RFP documents and TORs are available through the C&W KP website, KPPRA websites and EPADS. A non-refundable Call Deposit Receipt of Rs. 5,000 in favour of the Executive Engineer C&W Division-I Buner is required as bidding entry fee. Successful bidders shall be liable for applicable taxes including stamp duty, service charges, sales tax and other statutory levies.
