Procurement under seven lots by University of Okara: Lot 1 provision and fixing of solar system for water supply motor, estimated Rs. 2,840,000 with bid security Rs. 142,000; Lot 2 installation of solar system at Academic Block I, estimated Rs. 9,650,000 with bid security Rs. 482,500; Lot 3 podcast and TV studio at Department of Media & Communication Studies, estimated Rs. 4,266,250 with bid security Rs. 213,312; Lot 4 establishment of Human Nutrition and Dietetics Laboratory, estimated Rs. 2,600,000 with bid security Rs. 52,000; Lot 5 supply of ceiling fans, exhaust fans and electric switch boards, estimated Rs. 1,148,465 with bid security Rs. 57,423; Lot 6 hiring of transport services for student pick and drop, estimated Rs. 5,000,000 with bid security Rs. 100,000; and Lot 7 hiring of transport services for student pick and drop, estimated Rs. 10,000,000 with bid security Rs. 200,000. Eligible bidders include GST and Income Tax registered manufacturers, firms, authorized distributors, dealers and general order suppliers. Single Stage-One Envelope bidding will be used under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security must be deposited digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System linked with BOP, and manual CDR or Bank Guarantee will not be accepted. Bids must be uploaded by September 21, 2026 at 10:30 AM and opened at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room, University of Okara, through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
