Description

Hiring of consultancy services on Quality and Cost Based Selection through Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure for survey or feasibility study, design or design review and supervision of solarization of Drinking Water Supply Schemes under ADP Nos. 250926 and 251121. Interested consultants, firms and companies must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council with relevant codes specified in the RFP, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and Federal Board of Revenue. Technical and financial proposals must be prepared according to the RFP and submitted through the EPADS file uploading system. Consultants must upload a bid declaration certificate stating that, in the event of award, the hired consultant will submit performance security or guarantee equal to 10% of the consultancy charges bid amount in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank of Pakistan in favour of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division-II, Peshawar. Financial proposals will be opened only after technical evaluation, and proposals of consultants declared technically unqualified will not be opened. A pre-bid meeting is specified at the office of the Chief Engineer (Centre), Public Health Engineering Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Hayatabad, Peshawar. Clarifications and queries may be communicated through EPADS. Incomplete or conditional applications or proposals will not be entertained, and the Procuring Entity or Procuring Committee reserves the right to reject one or all proposals by assigning cogent reasons.
