Construction and solarization of various Drinking Water Supply Schemes in District Bannu under ADP No. 155/250922, including Solarization of DWSS Kotka Saim Abad and Zia Khan Mondan, Shaikhan Najam Shah, Village Khujari and Azad Khujari, Kotka Musadiq, Kotka Habib Jan, Village Qamri Khel, Village Shaikhan, Zamani Koroona, Sabo Khel, Kotka Kakki, Village Narey Kalla, Hassan Khel Jaffar Khan, Kotka Shahdeyaz, Kotka Asghar Ali Rocha Narmi Khel Bakka Khel under ADP No. 210555, and DWSS At Takhti Khel Bakka Khel Kotka Hazrat Khel under ADP No. 1015/251263 for 2025-2026. The procurement follows Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure through EPADS under KP-PPRA Rules. Bidders must possess valid EPADS, SECP, KPPRA, PEC Category C-6 or above with specialized codes CE-09, CE-10, EE-04 and EE-11 Solar, Provincial Enlistment Committee, KPRA and FBR registrations, an Electric Contractor License Class-E issued by the Inspectorate of Electricity, Energy and Power Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and other prescribed qualifications. A valid ISO-9001 or equivalent Quality Management Systems certificate is required. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded through EPADS, while original bid securities, additional securities and tender fees in the prescribed call deposit form must be submitted physically. Bids substantially below the Engineer Estimate are subject to additional security and detailed rate-analysis requirements, and incomplete or conditional bids may be treated as non-responsive. Financial bids of unqualified bidders will not be opened.
