Air Layering/Cuttings in Olive Plants at Olive Farm Sangbhatti, Mardan and ARI Tarnab, Peshawar. Single Stage Single Envelope procedure applies under KP-PPRA Rules through EPADS. E-bids must be submitted by September 22, 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM the same day. Interested firms must be registered on EPADS and must first qualify against the stated requirements before further evaluation. Original bid security equal to 2% of the total bid price in the form of CDR must be submitted in a sealed envelope before the closing time. Rates must include all applicable taxes, duties and import clearance and remain valid until June 30, 2027, extendable to the next financial year under KP-PPRA rules.
