Procurement of Screening Kits and Blood Bags - Platelets Apheresis Kits - and other items for Regional Blood Centre Abbottabad. The procurement is conducted through National Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014. Bids are invited from manufacturers and authorized or sole agents and must be submitted electronically through EPADS by 11:00 AM on 24 September 2026, with bids opened at 11:30 AM the same day in the presence of participating bidders or their representatives. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 10 September 2026 at 11:30 AM. Bid security is Rs. 200,000 for Categories A and B and Rs. 50,000 for Category C in the form of CDR in the specified name.
