Punjab Building Department invites item-rate tenders through the Punjab e-Procurement System from contractors and firms enlisted or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council for FY 2026-27 in the relevant categories, specifications and codes. The procurement covers 19 maintenance and repair works at Punjab House Islamabad, Judicial Colony and Judicial Complex Rawalpindi, Servant Quarters Murree and related facilities, including civil, electrical, sanitary, air-conditioning, supply and miscellaneous works. Estimated costs range from Rs. 0.586 million to Rs. 4.871 million, with 5% bid security required electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System; physical CDRs will not be accepted.
