Resident Construction Supervision Nursing Education Center Tender Notice
Description
Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab invites EOI proposals through the Punjab e-Procurement System from PEC-registered firms for resident construction supervision for establishment of the Center of Excellence for Nursing Education in Multan. The procurement is governed by PPRA Rules 2014 as amended to date and has an approximate estimated cost of PKR 140 million. Interested applicants must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to participate. EOI proposals prepared in accordance with the EOI document must be submitted electronically by 23 September 2026 at 3:00 PM and will be opened on the same day at 3:30 PM. Proposals submitted through any mode other than Punjab e-Procurement will not be considered. Pro Tip: Construction supervision consultants should emphasize PEC registration, resident site supervision capability, project management expertise, quality assurance, contract administration and compliance with the detailed EOI requirements.
