Government Mian Meer Hospital DHQ Lahore invites single-stage two-envelope electronic bids through Punjab e-Procurement from financially sound, reputable pharmacy firms and agencies having a shop in Lahore, comprehensive storage facilities and a valid Category A retail drug sale licence on Form 9 for framework contracts for local purchase during FY 2026-27. Three lots cover multinational medicines with estimated cost Rs. 1.5 million and bid security Rs. 30,000; national medicines with estimated cost Rs. 5.0 million and bid security Rs. 100,000; and medical devices and surgical disposable items with estimated cost Rs. 3.5 million and bid security Rs. 70,000. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 17 September 2026 at 1:00 PM. Bids must be submitted by 22 September 2026 at 10:00 AM and opened at 11:00 AM. Discounts for multinational and local medicines will be based on the maximum discount from DRAP-fixed retail prices, while medical devices and surgical disposables require discounts against notified market prices. Bid security must be valid for 180 days, uploaded electronically and the original instrument submitted physically before opening. Hard copies of bids are also required in addition to successful and verified e-bids.
