Dietary Items Supply For Police Training College Tender Notice

Police Training College Multan invites sealed tenders through the Government e-Procurement System from financially sound firms registered with GST and Income Tax Departments and registered on e-Procurement for supply of dietary items for the PTC Multan mess for 2026-2027 up to 30 June 2027. The estimated procurement cost is Rs. 70 million. Bids must be submitted through e-Procurement by 21 September 2026 at 10:30 AM and technical proposals will be opened at 11:00 AM the same day. Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 will apply. Technical proposals must include specifications, make and model, catalogue, bidding documents, earnest money and samples, while financial proposals must quote rates inclusive of applicable taxes and charges. Submission of samples is mandatory on the tender opening day and samples must conform to the prescribed specifications. Bid security is 3% of estimated cost in the form of CDR or bank draft from a scheduled bank in favour of the Commandant Police Training College Multan, while the successful bidder must furnish a 3% performance guarantee. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late or improperly submitted bids will not be considered, and bidders must provide an affidavit confirming that their firm has not been blacklisted. The successful supplier must deliver fresh Class-1 dietary articles daily and expired articles will not be accepted.
