Description

Workers Welfare Higher Secondary School Girls, Gujrat, operating under Punjab Workers Welfare Fund and Labour & Human Resource Department, Government of Punjab, invites electronic bids from tax-registered firms and companies for hiring transport services to provide pick-and-drop facilities to students for 2026-27 and 2027-28. The procurement follows the Single Stage-Two Envelopes procedure through Punjab e-Procurement System. Separate technical and financial bids must be completed, signed and stamped and submitted online by 24 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids opened at 11:30 AM and financial bids on 8 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid security is 2% of the estimated contract amount and must be submitted electronically; physical CDR or bank guarantee will not be accepted. Vehicles manufactured or refurbished in 2005 or later are acceptable subject to prescribed refurbishment certification. Bidders must secure at least 70% marks for technical qualification, rates must include applicable taxes and the successful bidder must provide 5% performance guarantee. Routes include Mangowal, Shaheen Chowk, Lala Musa, Shahbaz Pur, Moin Ud Din Pur, Sheikh Pur, Fateh Pur, Dolat Nagar, Islam Nagar, Adowal, Shadiwal, Staff Gala, Railway Station, Kathala Chenab, Industry Area, River Garden, Gorala, Ramtalai Chowk, Servis Colony and Dheerkey.
