Description
Procurement of bus tyres under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure through the Punjab E-Procurement System. The estimated amount inclusive of all taxes is Rs. 1,365,000 and refundable bid security is 5%, amounting to Rs. 68,250. Bidders and firms must be registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax and maintain active taxpayer status for NTN and GST, with exemption proof where applicable. Only the accumulative rate for the whole tender will be used to determine the lowest evaluated bidder. Bids must be submitted electronically by 10:00 AM on September 21, 2026 and will open at 10:30 AM on the same day through the E-Procurement System in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders or representatives. Bid security must be submitted electronically by the submission deadline. Rates must include all applicable taxes, installation charges and transportation or freight charges. The successful bidder must provide a 10% guarantee within seven days of award and deliver the goods within 15 days after issuance of the Procurement Order.
