Improvement of General Bus Stand Dina under municipal works, with an estimated cost of Rs. 4.985 million and a CDR amount of Rs. 249,250. The bidding will be conducted through the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Contractors and firms registered with PPRA for E-Procurement on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System must submit bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System and must be registered with FBR and PRA with NTN and PNTN concerning the works. Bid security of 5% is to be uploaded according to the portal guidelines. The bidding document may be downloaded free of cost. The bid must be submitted online by 10:00 AM on 28 September 2026 and will be opened at 12:00 PM on the same day through e-PADS at the office of the Municipal Committee Dina. Bidders must quote rates against each item or entry of DNIT/BOQ and completely fill the rate analysis, summary and sub-summary pages of their financial bids. Non-responsive bids may be rejected and the competent authority may reject all bids before approval or acceptance of tender rates.
