Framework contract for financial year 2026-27 covering multiple lots: Hot & Cold Weather Charges - Office Stationery - Printing & Publication - Advertisement Charges - Computer Stationery - Others - Sports Fund - Repair of Machinery & Equipment - Repair of Furniture & Fixture - Plant & Machinery (Purchase) - Furniture & Fixture (Purchase) - Others (AO9899). Bids are invited on lot basis from firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order service providers and applicable JVs engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration and tax authorities. Contracts will be awarded separately for each item and bidders may participate in a single lot/package or all lots/packages. Bid security is 3% of the total price of the bid and must be submitted digitally through Digital Bank’s Mobile App/Corporate Payment Portal, Access 1Bill Invoice Option and PSID using the Punjab E-Procurement Portal. The Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure applies. Technical samples or brochures for each item are mandatory. Income and sales tax registration certificates and other required documents must accompany technical bids. Bidders must quote rates for every item and cumulative rates for each lot; missing rates make bids non-responsive and the lowest evaluated bidder will be determined on the cumulative quoted rate of the lot/package. E-bids must be submitted online by 11:00 AM on September 23, 2026 and will open at 11:30 AM. E-bid validity extends to June 30, 2027. Pro Tip: This framework contract covers office stationery, computer stationery, printing and publication, advertisement charges, machinery and equipment repair, furniture and fixture repair and purchase, plant and machinery purchase, and other operational services through Punjab E-Procurement.
