Security Guards Social Welfare Bait Ul Maal Rawalpindi Tender Notice

Hiring of a firm for services of 30 security guards for residential institutions of Social Welfare and Bait ul Maal Rawalpindi Division, covering Attock, Jhelum and Chakwal Districts, for FY 2026-2027 from October 2026 to June 2027. The required quantity is 30 security guards at Rs. 55,000 per month each, with total estimated cost of Rs. 14,850,000 including applicable taxes and charges and bid security of Rs. 297,000, equivalent to 2%. Eligible firms and companies engaged in relevant services and registered with relevant registration authorities may participate. E-bids shall comprise Single Stage Two Envelope technical and financial bids and must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 23 September 2026 at 12:30 PM; technical bids will be opened at 1:00 PM the same day. Bid security of 2% of estimated cost is required through the e-Procurement System. The successful bidder shall deposit performance guarantee of 5% of bid cost through the e-Procurement System. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all e-bids under Rule 35 of PPRA 2014.
