Hiring Of Photographers Guards Drivers And Support Staff Tender Notice

Directorate General Social Welfare and Bait ul Maal Punjab Lahore invites electronic bids for hiring 41 personnel for seven months during financial year 2026-2027, comprising one photographer at a monthly rate of PKR 70,000, one videographer at PKR 70,000, twelve security guards at PKR 60,000 each, five drivers at PKR 65,000 each, two mali or gardeners at PKR 58,000 each and twenty office boys at PKR 55,000 each. The total estimated contract cost inclusive of applicable taxes is PKR 16,807,000 and bid security of PKR 336,140, equal to 2% of the estimated cost, must be deposited electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Physical financial instruments will not be accepted. Successful bidders must submit performance security through the prescribed electronic process. The single-stage two-envelope procedure applies under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Complete electronic bids must be submitted by 26 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and open on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bids are addressed to the Director Administration and must be submitted online through Punjab e-Procurement. Detailed terms and conditions are provided in the bidding documents.
