Supply Of Project Laboratory Equipment Tender Notice
Description
School of Chemical & Materials Engineering (SCME), National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), invites bids for purchase of 4 project laboratory equipment. Eligible bidders must be registered with PPRA for e-Procurement on the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS), have Income and Sales Tax registration and be on the Active Taxpayers List. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications and terms and conditions are available through E-PADS. All e-bids must be submitted through E-PADS and manual submission is not accepted. The procurement will follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 36-b of PPRA. Bids must be submitted online by 7 October 2026 at 11:00 hours and opened at 11:30 hours the same day. A non-refundable tender document fee of Rs. 3,000 must be dispatched through Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of SCME-NUST Islamabad before the opening date. The laboratory equipment shall be delivered to SCME at the supplier's own expense and risk. No bid will be accepted without the tender document fee or if submitted in person or through courier.
