Framework Contract Dialysis Medicines Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for local purchase of medicines for Dialysis SSP for financial year 2026-27, with estimated cost of Rs. 10,000,000 and bid security of Rs. 500,000 equal to 5% of estimated cost. Eligible firms or agencies of repute with financially sound backgrounds, registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments and involved in institutional pharmacy business or chain pharmacies with valid retail drug sale licences are invited to participate. Procurement shall be conducted through Punjab E-Procurement System under Open Competitive Bidding and the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Bid security must be valid for 120 days and submitted through CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank, with original CDR required one hour before opening. Technical bids will be opened in the presence of representatives and bidders are expected to submit their best and final prices. Taxes shall be deducted under applicable government rules.
