Framework Contract Medical Gases Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for medical gases on re-tender basis for financial year 2026-27. The estimated price is mentioned in the bidding documents and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost. Procurement will be conducted through electronic means under Rule 12 of PPRA and Section 5 of Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022 using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial offers inclusive of all applicable taxes must be uploaded online in complete conformity with the bidding documents. Bidders are required to submit the prescribed bid security, while successful bidders must furnish a 5% performance guarantee in the name of the Medical Superintendent. All federal and provincial taxes shall apply and offered rates must include applicable taxes.
