Framework contract for Local Purchase of Medicine and Surgical Disposable Items or SSP Medicine and Surgical Disposable Items for THQ Hospital Kallar Kahar, District Chakwal, with estimated cost of Rs. 4.59 million and bid security of 1% of the estimated cost. Sealed bids are invited from eligible manufacturers, authorized sales and service dealers, chain pharmacies, distributors and medical stores in case of medicines. Bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended up to 2017. Bidding documents and further information are available from the Procurement Officer, while documents are also available through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website and e-Procurement System. Bidders must provide their NTN certificate and taxes will be deducted according to applicable government rules. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the e-Procurement System and bidders are requested to provide their best and final prices as no negotiations are expected.
