Procurement Of Fertilizer Under Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Purchase of fertilizer on framework contract basis with estimated cost of Rs. 5,000,000 and bid security of Rs. 100,000 equal to 2% of estimated cost. Bids are invited from firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order suppliers and joint ventures engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted online through the Government e-Procurement System by 24 September 2026 at 11:00 Hours and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 Hours in the presence of bidders or representatives who choose to attend. Bid security shall be provided at 2% of estimated price in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft. Each item in the lot must have a quoted rate inclusive of applicable government taxes, otherwise the bid will be non-responsive, and the lowest evaluated bidder will be determined on the cumulative quoted rate of the entire lot. The fertilizer shall be delivered on DDP basis to the Soil Salinity Research Institute, Pindi Bhattian. Bid validity is stated as 280 days under the framework contract. No manual bid will be accepted.
