Purchase of IT equipment under the ADP Project Establishment of Horticulture Research Center Pattoki for financial year 2026-27, comprising laptops, computers along with accessories including printer, and an audio visual system, with estimated cost of Rs. 5,000,000 and bid security of 3% of estimated cost amounting to Rs. 150,000. E-bids are invited from well-reputed and financially sound firms having previous experience, registered on Punjab e-Procurement System and registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax Departments where applicable. Bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Bids must be submitted online through Punjab e-Procurement System and bid security of 3% of estimated cost shall be paid online through the e-PSID generated by the e-Procurement System. Bids will be opened on 24 September 2026 at 11:00 AM in the presence of committee members and bidders or representatives who choose to attend. Taxes shall apply according to existing government rules and bidders are requested to submit their best financial proposal as no negotiations are expected.
