Description
Provision of venue and catering services and related services for collective marriage ceremonies at Sargodha under a framework contract for financial year 2026-27. The procurement covers 750 marriages involving 16,500 persons at an estimated rate of Rs. 3,200 per unit, event or person, with total estimated cost of Rs. 52,800,000 including applicable taxes and bid security of Rs. 1,056,000 equal to 2% of total estimated cost. Eligible firms or companies must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments or authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. Bids shall be submitted electronically through Punjab E-Procurement System under the Single Stage-Two Envelopes procedure. Complete electronic bids must be submitted by 24 September 2026 at 1:00 PM and opened at 1:30 PM on the same date.
