Framework Contract Medical Disposables Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract procurement of disposables including surgical dressings - medical devices - anaesthesia & ICU items for hospitals and institutions under the administrative control of the Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department. Eligible manufacturers, sole agents and sole importers of foreign principals engaged in trading and registered on the e-Procurement System and with relevant registration and tax authorities may participate. The e-Bids shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under PPR-2014. Pre-Tender Conferences will be held according to the specified schedules, with final bidding documents made available within five working days after each conference. e-Bids must be submitted online through the e-Procurement System, and bid security of 0.5% of the estimated cost of quoted items or lots is required electronically. Items must be quoted in the Technical and Financial Proposals with Manufacturer, Brand Name and Model. Hard copies are not required. Bid validity is 180 days from opening. Corrupt, unreadable, virus-containing or incorrectly submitted lot bids will be rejected, and only bids submitted in the relevant lot will proceed for evaluation.
