Description
Procurement of miscellaneous IT equipment through open competitive bidding under Request for Proposal without negotiations and Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with applicable procurement regulations. The procurement comprises Laptops - Printers - Photocopier & Scanners - Paper Shredders - Videocon Complete Solution - Primary Internet & Data Bandwidth CIR - Secondary Internet & Data Bandwidth CIR - LED Screens - IP Phones - Attendance Machine - CCTV Cameras & NVR - Misc. Items - Firewall & Networking Equipment. Experienced and reputable bidders having valid NTN registered with FBR and strong capability and experience in similar projects may participate. Bidders may participate in all or any lot. Bid security is required through original Pay Order, Demand Draft or CDR issued by a scheduled bank, with lot-wise amounts ranging from PKR 15,000/- to PKR 1,000,000/-. Bid validity is 120 days and bid security must remain valid for 30 days beyond bid validity. Bidding documents are available against a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000/-. Sealed bids with required documents must be submitted to the designated procurement office, and bids are opened according to the stated schedule.
