Description
Supply and installation, where applicable, of laboratory tools and equipment and miscellaneous equipment at Government Weaving and Finishing Institute, Shahdara, Lahore, under two separate packages. Package TEVTA/GWFI-SHD/Tenders/P-1/26/101 covers laboratory tools and equipment with an estimated amount of Rs. 3,690,450 and bid security of Rs. 73,809. Package TEVTA/GWFI-SHD/Tenders/P-2/26/102 covers miscellaneous equipment with an estimated amount of Rs. 10,110,000 and bid security of Rs. 202,200. Procurement will follow the single-stage two-envelope national competitive bidding procedure. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and active taxpayers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. Encrypted electronic bids must be submitted online, and original bid security in the form of bank guarantee, CDR, bankers cheque, pay order or demand draft in favour of the Project Director must be delivered physically before the submission deadline. Only cumulative rates for the whole package will determine the lowest evaluated bidder. Income tax and sales tax registration certificates, active taxpayer status and other required documents must accompany bids.
