Framework Contract Medicines General Store Items Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract procurement on whole basis for LP Medicine, Surgical Disposable items and General Store Items. Bids are invited through the Punjab E-Procurement System from well reputed firms registered in relevant categories. Bidders must submit bids electronically, complete all required forms and tables, and stamp and sign the bidding documents before submission. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required through the Punjab E-Procurement System and Bank of Punjab, while successful bidders must deposit performance guarantee equal to 2% of the total contract value. The procurement follows Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended and applicable PPRA regulations. Item rates must include all applicable government taxes. Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, cut, overwritten and doubtful bids will be rejected, and corrupt, unreadable or virus-containing electronic bids will also be rejected. The procurement is processed on whole basis.
