Solarization and solar-based pumping machinery works comprising Package-3 Solarization of DWSS Sur Hand & Bahu Khel under ADP No. 220379 - Package-4 Solarization of DWSS Barghu Adamzai Amir Qayaz, Wanda, Gandi Khan Khel, Kotka Zahir Shah & Kotka Rozi Kot Kashmir under ADP No. 220379 - Solarization of DWSS UC Tarri Khel Ikram Ullah Korona under ADP No. 250725 - Solarization of DWSS Juniad Korona Dakhli Mathan Khel Taizai under ADP No. 250725. The procurement follows Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules 2014. Work-wise bidding documents include bidding or contract data, BOQ and basic eligibility, technical evaluation and financial evaluation criteria. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded through EPADS by file uploading, while original work-wise bid security or additional security in the form of CDR must be submitted physically before the bid submission deadline. Bid security amounts are PKR 257,000/-, PKR 153,000/-, PKR 124,000/- and PKR 61,000/- respectively. Technical bids are evaluated before financial bids are opened, and the financial bid opening date will be announced after technical evaluation. Financial bids of unqualified bidders are returned unopened. Bidders must have active KPRA registration.
