Supply And Maintenance Of Electrical And Solar Systems Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of services for supply, installation, replacement and maintenance of electrical system, Solar PV system and equipment from Shahdra to Gajju Matta at designated places in Lahore Metrobus System for a period of 24 months. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in at least C-3 category with a code relevant to Electrical Works renewed for 2026-27. Bids are submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure following NCB bidding procedures. Manual bids are not accepted. A bid security of PKR 2,000,000/- is required electronically in favor of Masstransit Authority Non-Fare Revenue Fund Account through the prescribed Punjab E-Procurement System mechanism. Service providers or firms must be registered with SECP or AOP, FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority and must be active taxpayers at the time of tendering. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled at 1400 Hrs on 15th September 2026 at the PMA office. The estimated amount is PKR 95.175 million for 24 months and no tender fee is charged for downloading documents or submission of e-bids.
