Vehicle Repair Spare Parts Tender Notice
Description
Repair of departmental vehicles and supply of spare parts for the financial year 2027-28. Interested Government registered contractors, suppliers and firms must provide five-year performance, registration documents, bank balance of at least fifteen lakh, and complete address. The bidder must have a shop in Gilgit city in the bidder's own name for the required items and a workshop for vehicle repairs. A bid security of 2.5% of the tender cost must accompany the tender in the form of Call Deposit issued by a Scheduled Bank or KCBL. The bidder must quote rates for all vehicle forms provided by the department, and successful bidders must supply items not included in the tender at prevailing market rates. Successful bidders must deposit 10% performance security in favour of the Director Special Education Gilgit Baltistan before issuance of the supply order. Items for which the company provides warranty must be supplied with the applicable warranty. Unrealistically high or low rates compared with market rates may result in rejection. An affidavit confirming that the firm is not blacklisted is mandatory, and only Form-C registered firms are eligible. The tender must be submitted by 24 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM. The department reserves the right to reject any one or all tenders under GB PPRA Rules 2022 Rule 33(1).
