Description
Printing and supply of office printed stationery through the Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Process under AJK Public Procurement Rules 2017. Bidders must submit separate Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal envelopes, with the technical bid opened initially and financial proposals of technically qualified bidders opened at a date and time to be officially intimated. Eligible firms must have valid NTN, Income Tax and GST certificates, relevant tax certificates and be on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR / CBR. Blacklisted bidders are prohibited and must furnish an affidavit or certificate confirming they are neither blacklisted nor in conflict with Government in AJK or Pakistan. A non-refundable RFP fee of Rs. 2000/- is payable. Bid security of Rs. 150000/- through CDR, DD, PO or Banker Cheque in the name of Bank of AJK is required. Financial bids must include all taxes levied in AJK. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 9 September 2026 at 12:30 PM. Proposals must remain valid for at least 150 days.
