Training Aids Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply of Training Aids through the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Eligible firms and suppliers in Pakistan must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions and specifications may be obtained against a non-refundable payment of Rs. 5000/-, supported by copies of NTN and GST certificates. Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted separately, with the Technical Proposal opened initially and the Financial Proposal opened only for qualified bidders. Bids must be supported by earnest money of 5% of the total bid value in the form of Demand Draft in favour of the Director General ESMA. Bidders must quote final prices inclusive of all taxes and transportation costs, and no price negotiations are allowed. Financial proposals are opened only for technically qualified bidders. The bid opening is scheduled for Tuesday, 29 September 2026 at 1130 hours.
