Fresh Dry Patient Ration Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply of fresh and dry ration for patients of the hospital during financial year 2026-27 under AJK PPRA Rules 2017. The procurement shall follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under Rule 36(a), with Technical and Financial offers submitted together in one envelope. The allocated budget is Rs. 0.6 million (Rs. 600000/-) and the required Call Deposit is Rs. 18000/- in favour of the Medical Superintendent. Bidding documents containing the terms and conditions may be obtained against a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 500/- by 13 September 2026 during office hours. Tenders must be submitted by 16 September 2026 at 11:30 AM and the Technical and Financial offers will be opened at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives; timely tenders received by post will also be opened. All item rates must be quoted and the successful supplier must provide ration at approved rates throughout the year. Failure to supply may result in confiscation of the Call Deposit and blacklisting proceedings. Bidders must submit an affidavit on Rs. 100/- stamp paper confirming that they are not blacklisted by any Government or semi-government institution of Pakistan or AJK. Applicable taxes and duties including sales tax, income tax, Zakat, Trust Fund and stamp duty will be deducted according to rules. The procuring agency may cancel any or all tenders before acceptance under PPRA Rule 33(1).
