Description
Supply of food for patients against the allocated budget of the Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Kel for financial year 2026-27 under AJK PPRA Rules 2017. The procurement shall follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under Rule 36(a), with Technical and Financial offers submitted together in one envelope. The estimated budget is Rs. 800000/- and the tender form fee is Rs. 1000/- non-refundable. The Call Deposit in favour of the Medical Superintendent is Rs. 40000/-. Bidding documents may be obtained from the hospital Store Section up to 23 September 2026 during office hours. Tenders will be received on 24 September 2026 at 10:00 AM and the Technical and Financial offers will be opened at 11:00 AM in the presence of participating bidders or their representatives; tenders received by post will also be opened. The successful bidder must supply approved-rate rations according to demand until 30 June 2027. Defective ration may result in cancellation, food not supplied according to the menu may lead to deductions from bills and action under applicable rules, and failure to supply may result in confiscation of the Call Deposit. Bidders must submit an affidavit on Rs. 100/- stamp paper confirming that they are not blacklisted by any Government or semi-government institution of Pakistan or AJK. Applicable taxes and duties including sales tax, income tax, Zakat, Ushr, Trust Fund and stamp duty shall be deducted according to rules.
