Supply Of Patient Food Tender Notice
Description
Supply of patient food for financial year 2026-27 under AJK PPRA Rules 2017. The procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, with separate sealed Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal envelopes placed within one sealed outer package. The Technical Proposal will be opened initially and the Financial Proposal will remain sealed; financial proposals of bidders failing technical evaluation will be returned unopened. The estimated budget is Rs. 3060000/- and the tender form fee is Rs. 1450/-, while a Call Deposit of Rs. 61200/- issued by a Scheduled Bank in favour of the Medical Superintendent is required and cheques are not accepted. Tender rates or discounts will remain valid until 30 June 2027 and the supplier must maintain the quoted rates until that date. Bidders must submit an affidavit on Rs. 100/- stamp paper confirming that they have not been blacklisted by any Government or semi-government institution of Pakistan or AJK. Applicable taxes will be deducted according to prevailing rules, and final tender approval is subject to approval by the Director General Health Services, Muzaffarabad. Tenders must be submitted by 24 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM.
