Medical Surgical Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of medical surgical equipment for financial year 2026-27 under AJK PPRA Rules 2017. The procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, with separate sealed Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal envelopes placed inside one sealed outer package. The Technical Proposal will be opened first and the Financial Proposal of bidders failing the evaluation criteria will remain sealed and be returned unopened. The estimated budget is Rs. 1500000/- and the tender form fee is Rs. 630/-. A Call Deposit of Rs. 30000/- issued by a Scheduled Bank in favour of the Medical Superintendent must accompany the tender, and cheques are not accepted. Quoted rates or discounts shall remain valid until 30 June 2027 and the supplier must provide supplies at those rates until that date. Bidders must submit an affidavit on Rs. 100/- stamp paper confirming that they are not blacklisted by any Government or semi-government institution of Pakistan or AJK. Applicable taxes will be deducted according to prevailing rules, and final tender approval is subject to approval by the Director General Health Services, Muzaffarabad. Tenders must be submitted by 26 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM.
