Annual Repair Ict Civil Electrical Mechanical Buildings Tender Notice
Description
Annual repair of ICT, CSIT, BSH, civil, electrical, mechanical and buildings at Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology, Rahim Yar Khan. Eligible engineering firms and contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category or codes and on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Earnest money is 5% of the estimated or bid cost and must be uploaded through the prescribed system, while the original CDR must also be submitted to the tender opening committee. Rates must be quoted against each DNIT or BOQ item and all rate analysis, summary and sub-summary pages must be completed; incomplete financial bids will be non-responsive. A 10% performance Bank Guarantee is required. Rates are firm and final with no price variation or escalation.
