Annual Framework Contract For Repair Machinery And Dewaterin Tender Notice
Description
Annual framework contract for arrangements of repair machinery and dewatering set for Financial Year 2026-27 for Municipal Committee Alipur, based on MRS 2nd Bi Annual 2026 rates and approved DNIT. Eligible contractors and firms must possess valid PEC registration in the relevant category or codes. Bid security is 5% of estimated procurement price and must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System; physical CDR, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee is not accepted except through the electronic system. Procurement follows Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bidders must quote rates against each DNIT or BOQ item instead of percentage and completely fill rate analysis, summary and sub-summary pages. Incomplete financial bids will be non-responsive.
