Surveillance, watch and ward in Gujrat Canal Sub Division, Gujrat. Eligible engineering firms and contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category or codes valid for Financial Year 2026-27 and registered on the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement system. Bidders must quote rates against each item rather than percentages and completely fill the BOQ, rate analysis, summary and sub-summary pages. Bid security is 5% of estimated cost in the form of CDR in favour of the Executive Engineer, with the original CDR required as specified. Conditional, incomplete, blank or deficient financial bids will be treated as non-responsive.
