Purchase Other Store Items Tender Notice
Description
Purchase of other store items under a framework contract on lot-wise basis. Eligible bidding firms must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments or authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. The procurement follows Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bidding documents in English are available from the PPRA website and Punjab e-Procurement System. Item names, brand, quality, mode of procurement such as CFR, CPT, DDP or DAP where applicable, and warranty requirements must be mentioned in the technical specifications. Bid security is 2%, amounting to Rs.20,000, in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order, with online submission permitted through the e-Procurement System. Late bids will be rejected.
