Beautification Urban Regeneration Djps Chowk Murala Tender Notice
Description
Beautification and urban regeneration works at DJPS Chowk, Murala Road. Eligible contractors must be enlisted or renewed for Financial Year 2026-27 under applicable Punjab Local Government Works Rules and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. The procurement follows Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bid security is required through an online receipt from Bank of Punjab, with scanned copy uploaded electronically and original receipt submitted as prescribed. Original registration documents from PEC, SECP, FBR, PRA and other relevant authorities are required for verification. Item-wise rates must be clearly quoted and incomplete, ambiguous, non-readable, non-signed or non-stamped bids will be rejected. Successful bidder must furnish 10% performance guarantee and may be required to furnish additional performance security according to the tendered rate and applicable rules.
