Description

Procurement of proficiency testing services at a medical research center for the specified financial year, with an estimated amount of Rs.2.92 million and bid security of Rs.58,451 equal to 2% of the estimated amount. Eligible original manufacturers, sole distributors of foreign principals and authorized representatives of manufacturers with verifiable authorization and Income Tax and Sales Tax registration may participate. Procurement follows Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA-2014. Delivery terms are DDP PKLI & RC Lahore. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security must be paid through a PSID generated via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid validity is 180 days from opening, and a pre-bid meeting is provided through the Supply Chain Department.
