Description
Rehabilitation of Sports Stadium in Talla Jeem, Tehsil Mailsi. The estimated cost is Rs.35.00 million and bid security is 5% amounting to Rs.1.750 million. Eligible engineering firms and contractors must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council licence or enlistment for Financial Year 2026-27 in the relevant category or codes. Procurement follows Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically, while manual, email, courier, postal or hand submissions are not accepted. Bid security must be submitted through a Digital Bank Guarantee with PSID and SWIFT MT760. A 5% performance security is required. Financial bids must contain individual unit rates, item-wise amounts, correct grand total and complete BOQ, DNIT and rate analysis entries. Bid validity is 60 days.
