Janitorial Services Tender Notice
Description
Annual provision of janitorial services for FY 2026-27 as a non-consultancy service. Eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 are invited to participate through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. Procurement will use Open Competitive Bidding as the principal method with the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulations and instructions. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form specified in the bidding documents, including Pay Order, Banker's Cheque or Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 and manual submission is not entertained. Pro Tip: Complete EPADS v2.0 registration, carefully review the janitorial service requirements and bid-security section, and ensure the prescribed bid-security instrument or declaration is correctly prepared and uploaded with the complete electronic bid.
