Stationery Printing Chemical Medical It Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of stationery, printing and publication items, chemical and glass items, generic consumables, general other stores, medical and laboratory equipment, other stores and stock-others, machinery and equipment, and IT equipment on item-wise basis. Eligible firms, companies and sole proprietors engaged in trading and registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments or Authorities including Income Tax and Sales Tax may participate through e-procurement. The estimated amount is 6.517 million and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost, to be deposited electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bidding will use the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. A duly signed affidavit on prescribed stamp paper must be uploaded with bid documents, and bid validity is 90 days.
