Reconstruction Narowal Public School Road Tender Notice
Description
Reconstruction of Narowal Public School Road, Narowal, with an estimated cost of Rs. 171.185 million and bid security of Rs. 8,559,250 representing 5% of the estimated cost. Bids are invited from eligible contractors, firms and companies duly enlisted or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council and relevant tax departments including FBR and PRA for financial year 2026-27 and meeting the eligibility and technical qualification requirements in the bidding documents. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the single-stage two-envelope procedure. Bid security shall be submitted digitally through 1Link or Bank Guarantee options using the generated PSID. Only electronic bids submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System shall be accepted. If an e-bid is more than 5% below the estimated amount, the successful bidder must furnish a performance guarantee through the e-Procurement System equal to 10% of the contract amount in accordance with the stated requirements.
