Development works under the ADP Programme for financial year 2026-27 including Re-Construction of Carpet Road, Tuff Tiles and Laying of Sewerage Line from Ada Shedani to Chanjni Chok in Town Shedani Sharif, Tehsil Liaquatpur, District Rahim Yar Khan - Re-Construction of Carpet Road, Tuff Tiles and Laying of Sewerage Line from Sadaat Chowk to Maryam Nawaz Health Clinic Janpur, Tehsil Liaquatpur, District Rahim Yar Khan - Re-Construction of Carpet Road from Akbar Chowk to UC Office Taranda Muhammad Pannah, Tehsil Liaquatpur, District Rahim Yar Khan. The estimated costs are Rs. 163,241,000, Rs. 89,624,000 and Rs. 80,204,000 respectively, with earnest money of 5% amounting to Rs. 8,162,050, Rs. 4,481,200 and Rs. 4,010,200. Bidding shall use the single-stage two-envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System, with technical and financial bids uploaded electronically. Eligible bidders must possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category or codes and must be registered on the Punjab PPRA website. Rates must be quoted against each item and merely quoting a percentage above or below the estimated cost will constitute an incomplete bid. Technically qualified bidders shall participate in financial bid opening. Bid securities and other required securities must be issued by the Bank of Punjab. Technical bids are scheduled for opening at 01:30 PM and financial bids for technically qualified firms at 01:30 PM.
